Clients ARE allowed to bring in alcohol, however, must contract with Featherstone Ranch for Bar Service Package.

This package includes: TABC Bartenders, Security Guards, All ICE & Disposables for Bar Drinks, 2 BARS (Inside Bar & Cocktail Patio Bar).

BARS SERVEs FOR 5 HOURS & OPEN IMMEDIATELY AFTER CEREMONY ENDS.

PACKAGES START AT $2900 - $4500. Bar fee is based on guest count, drink menu, etc.  FEE IS DUE 30 DAYS FROM EVENT DATE.

Interested in something more intimate?

The Open Air Chapel sits just 50’ or so from the venue. Once in The Chapel, your guests will not get wet in a light to moderate rain. It’s all about the timing of the rain. You can set up a ceremony site inside the Greatroom. The outside grounds were designed for tents as well…for large weddings

Is there a rain plan?

YES! There are great lodging properties within 10 minutes of Featherstone Ranch. When you book with us, we provide you with a Preferred Vendor List. You may choose anyone on this list or choose off the list.

Is there lodging nearby?

No. We will need final count of tables & chairs 3 weeks from event date. We will have the count of tables & chairs in the Greatroom. You will need to setup tables according to your layout.

Will the tables & chairs be setup?

You purchase & deliver all alcohol to Featherstone Ranch. You also deliver all mixers & recipes for your drink menu. We provide a bar service package. This package includes 1 or 2 Bars(Inside & Outside), TABC Bartenders, Security Guards, All Ice & Cups for the Bar Drinks, Napkins & Straws. Bars serve for up to 5 hours. Bars are open immediately after ceremony ends. This package fee is based on guest count & drink menu. Price range from $2900-4500.  

How is the bar handled?

The caterer that you choose must be a full service caterer. They must provide staff to buss guest tables, take out trash, clean kitchen, etc. Your caterer must sign our rules & requirements prior to event.

What are the catering rules?

Yes! For guest counts over 80, a wedding coordinator or their staff must be on site for the day of.
